Ordering

Choose your products, go to checkout and pay. Your order is confirmed when you receive the confirmation page and email. The contract language is English.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you pay. Payment is processed securely by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods shown at checkout).

Delivery

We ship to: ES, PT, FR, DE, IT, NL, BE, IE, AT, LU, DK, SE, FI, PL, GB. Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days. See our Shipping policy.

Right of withdrawal

You can cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving it without giving a reason. Details and the model withdrawal form are in our Returns & refunds policy.

Legal guarantee

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (3 years in Spain for goods sold from 2022). Contact hello@nevouss.com if something is faulty.

Write to hello@nevouss.com and we'll answer as soon as possible. These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
