Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect and why

• Orders: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, and the products you buy — to process, deliver and support your order (legal basis: performance of a contract) and to keep invoices (legal obligation).
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Newsletter: your email, only if you subscribe (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Contact form: your name, email and message, to reply to you (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps).
• Cookies and advertising pixels: only with your consent — see our Cookie policy.

Who receives your data

Only service providers we need to run the store, under data-processing agreements: Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), shipping carriers (delivery), our email provider, and — only if you accept cookies — Meta, TikTok and Google (advertising measurement). Some of these may process data outside the EU under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice data for as long as tax and commercial law requires (in Spain, generally 6 years). Newsletter data until you unsubscribe. Contact messages for as long as needed to handle your request.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to hello@nevouss.com. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
